Effective January 2, 2012, the Southern University System enforced its 100% tobacco-free policy. At the Southern University Ag Center, from where the policy originated, we have removed smoking receptacles, posted signs, and continue to educate our constituents regarding the adopted policy. As we continue to expand on the implementation of the policy, we will keep you abreast.
