Overview of LAMP Program

Q. What type of assistance does this program offer?
A. LAMP provides mediation services that assist in resolving disputes between agriculture producers and their creditors, as well as disputes involving "adverse decisions" of various USDA agencies, such as Farm Services Agency (FSA), the Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS), and others.

The staff attorney with LAMP understands the farming industry and is well versed in a wide range of other agricultural legal issues, as well as the regulations involved with "adverse decisions" of various USDA agencies. The program analysis also is very knowledgeable of the farming industry and issues facing agriculture producers.
