Southern University Ag Center hosts State-Wide
Community Meetings
In conjunction with the 8th Annual Faith and Community Economic Development Conference
to be held February 17-19 at the Monroe Civic Center in Monroe, LA, the Southern
University Ag Center is currently hosting community meetings around the state to focus
on services and resources offered by the Ag Center. These meetings will also address
potential collaborative partnerships, along with community issues pertaining to economic
and faith based development.
The meetings will highlight the 2005 Faith Based Conference agenda, and
discuss how the conference can benefit and enhance local organizations. One conference
scholarship will be awarded to a community meeting attendee, waiving registration fees.
Each meeting will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the locations below:
