SU Ag Center aims to Stimulate, inspire, and Motivate during the Annual Family and Youth Expo

Baton Rouge, LA- More than 300 youth from across the state will have the time of their life as they travel to the Southern University Ag Center June 16 -17, 2006 to participate in the 2006 Family and Youth Exposition.

The two-day educational event incorporates informative seminars, tours, oratory competitions, and motivational sessions for youth of all ages. The speakers for this event include an array of experts who serve as physicians, lawyers, and financial investors within the community. Seminar topics will pertain to academic, social, and financial investment. Representatives from the University’s Office of Admissions will be in attendance with recruitment information for the participating high school students.

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 16, 2006 at Ashford O. Williams Hall and all events are open to youth groups.
