Please ship material for arrival no earlier than February 20, 2004. You will be responsible for unpacking, packing, and shipping any of your display items and resource materials that remain after the final session on Saturday.

Be sure to let the receptionist know you are attending the SU AG Center National Faith & Community Economic Development Conference in order to get the group rate of $80.00 per night, plus tax. The group rate is valid until February 13, 2004. Rooms will then be available on a space and rate availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing by February 20, 2004. Substitutions can be made without penalty.

SPECIAL NEEDS
If you have special needs, including those addressed by the American with Disabilities Act, please notify the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center prior to February 20, 2004.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

MESSAGE CENTER
A message center will be available to receive and post incoming messages to attendees during the conference. The message board will be located in the registration area.

EVALUATION FORM
The Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center requests your comments on all aspects of this conference. Please complete the evaluation forms that are in your registration packet. We suggest that you comment on the sessions as you go along, or at the end of each day, and turn in the form at the registration center or to the facilitator after each session.
