PAYING REGISTRATION
All registration fees must arrive to the Southern University Ag Center office by September 20. No payment information will be taken online or by telephone.
Please make check(s) payable in the amount of $119.00 (per registrant) to "Southern University Ag Center" and include the registration form(s) with the
payment.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Conference registration deadline is September 20, 2007. After then, you must register on-site at the designated registration times. On-site registration
is $119.00 per registrant. Onsite payments must be made using company or personal checks only.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The SU Ag Center has blocked rooms at the Baton Rouge Marriott for $100 per night, plus tax (single or double). Please contact the hotel directly at
(225) 924-5000 or (800) 228-9290 to make your reservation. You may also reserve your room online at the following link: and request the "SU Ag Center
Faith and Community Leadership Development Conference" rate. You may also visit
http://marriott.com/BTRMC and use group code: faifaia to reserve rooms. A limited number of rooms are available, and your reservations
must be made by August 27 to receive the special conference rate. The SU Ag Center is not responsible for hotel reservations or cancellations.
DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS
SU Ag Center will make all sessions accessible to you. If you require special arrangements or a special diet, please indicate so on your registration form.
We may not be able to accommodate such requests on the day of the program.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be made of cancelled registration only if the SU Ag Center is notified of cancellation in writing on or before September 20, 2007, by fax to
(225) 771-2861, e-mail to faithbase2007@suagcenter.com, or mail to SU Ag Center, Faith and Community Leadership
Conference, Attention: Angela Jackson, P. O. Box 10010, Baton Rouge, LA 70813. If cancellation notices are received after September 20, 2007, SU Ag Center
will access a $25.00 assessment fee per registration and return the balance. Cancellations may not be made by phone.
