Click the icon below to access your email through the web in Google Chrome.

Configure Email (Outlook for Desktops) client for Office 365

Windows 7

Click Windows Start
1. Click Control Panel
2. View By : Large Icons
3. Click Mail
4. Click Show Profiles
5. Click Add
6. On this screen
a. Profile Name: Office365 (Type Office365 as the new name)
b. Select “Always Use This Profile” and Choose: Office365
7. Click Ok
8. Check if your email address is correct: FirstName_LastName@suagcenter.com
a. Note: Make sure the email address is @suagcenter.com and not .net
9. Click Next
10. Type your current email password: ********************
11. Your Outlook client should be set up now and functional.
12. Close Outlook and open it back again.
13. Test if your Outlook client is working by sending a blank email from your personal (Yahoo, Gmail
etc.) to the Ag Center email and reply back to it.


Windows 10

1. Type Control Panel in the Search Bar at the left hand bottom part of the screen.
2. View By : Large Icons
3. Click Mail
4. Click Show Profiles
5. Click Add
6. On this screen
a. Profile Name: Office365 (Type Office365 as the new name)
b. Always use this profile : Office365
7. Click Ok
8. Check if your email address is correct: FirstName_LastName@suagcenter.com
9. Click Next
10. Type your current email password: ********************
11. Your Outlook client should be set up now and functional
12. Close Outlook and open it back again.
13. Test if your Outlook client is working by sending a blank email from your personal (Yahoo, Gmail
etc.) to the Ag Center email and reply back to it.

 

Configure Email Client on mobile devices


Android Mobile Devices

1.Download and install Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play Store
2. Add Account : FirstName_LastName@suagcenter.com
3. Enter Password: ********************
4. That’s it. You should have access to your emails now on the mobile device


Apple/iOS devicesApple/iOS devices

1. Open Settings.
2. For iOS 10, select Mail, then Accounts and then Add Account.
3. For iOS 11 and iOS 12, select Accounts & Passwords, then Add Account.
4. Select Exchange.
5. Email: FirstName_LastName@suagcenter.com
6. Enter Password: ********************
7. Description : Office 365
8. Select Next
9. Server: outlook.office365.com
10. Username: FirstName_LastName@suagcenter.com
11. Password: ********************
12. Click Done/Next
13. It is recommended that you enable all services : Mail, contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Notes
14. Select Save.
15. Select the new account from your list of accounts. It will be listed according to the descriptionyou chose for it.
16. Select Mail Days to Sync and set it to No Limit if you would like all of the mail in your inbox to besynced to your device. The default time period is one week. Note: the more mail that is synced,the longer it may take to get all your messages on to the device.
17. Setup is complete. Email and calendar data (if enabled) are available in the appropriate apps.
