Representatives from RWE Americas, a global energy company with major operations in renewable energy, electricity generation, and energy trading, joined SU Ag Center faculty and staff on August 19, 2026, at the Matthews Center for Innovation and Disaster Recovery at Southern University for a check presentation and special discussion highlighting the partnership.

SU Ag Center to host 5th Annual Vino on the Bluff Scholarship Wine Tasting Fundraiser
The Southern University Ag Center and the College of Agricultural, Human and Environmental Sciences (CAHES) will host the 5th Annual Vino on the Bluff Wine Tasting Fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 2, 2026 at the Leon R. Tarver II Cultural and Heritage Center, 8320 G. Leon Netterville Dr., on the Southern University campus.

Hip Hop to Gen Z Camp Links STEAM and the Arts
