Nourish K.I.D.S.
The NourishEd K.I.D.S. (Knowledge of Ingredients for Daily Success) Youth Summer Cooking Camp is a hands-on, skill-building experience designed to introduce students ages 9–12 to the fundamentals of preparing simple, nutritious meals. Through a structured and engaging environment, participants will learn essential kitchen skills, including safe food handling, measuring, following recipes, and basic cooking techniques. Students will explore the importance of balanced nutrition, gain familiarity with fresh ingredients, and develop an understanding of how food choices impact overall health. Each session combines interactive instruction with real cooking experiences, allowing students to practice what they learn while building confidence and independence in the kitchen.

JAGcation Camp
The JAGcation Summer Camp focuses on various concepts and careers in agriculture, family, and consumer sciences. Campers will work with a network of subject matter specialists, researchers, and academicians in the areas of animal science, entomology, food science, nutrition, plant and soil sciences and public health among others. The Camp’s aim is to enhance youth interest in agricultural, family, and consumer science fields to strengthen students’ perspectives to address global grand challenges.

Hip-Hop to GenZ Camp
The SU Ag Center’s Hip Hop to Gen Z Camp is designed for students in grades 6th–12th with a passion for music. The camp focuses on all thing’s music and hip hop. Campers will be taught dance, songwriting, and DJ skills. This STEM-focused program covers a diverse range of topics linking music to STEM career fields.
