Si-Arah Jones, a Baton Rouge native, is committed to improving community health as the Assistant Nutrition Specialist and Field Coordinator for the SNAP-Ed Nutrition Education Program at the Southern University Agricultural Research & Extension Center. Through these roles, she delivers impactful nutrition education across Louisiana, empowering individuals to make healthier choices.  

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family & Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Her academic expertise in nutrition, combined with hands-on experience, allows her to seamlessly translate knowledge into practical, impactful health and wellness solutions.
