Students will have an opportunity to speak with more than 30 exhibitors during the career fair-style event. Key sponsors for this year’s expo are Consolidated Grain and Barge Company; Weyerhaeuser: Sustainable Timber, Forest Products and Land; The Mosaic Company, and the East Baton Rouge Parish Library System. A Networking Mixer will immediately follow the expo.

Fresh locally grown fruit, vegetables, eggs, meat, and homemade jellies are a few of the products that will be available for purchase during the SU Ag Center's JAGFresh Farmers Market.

The SU Dietetic Internship Program is introducing its new Lacumba's Nutrition Clinic Program, designed specifically for our college community. Southern University students, faculty, and staff, will be supported in their journey to better health and wellness. The clinic will offer personalized nutrition counseling, healthy eating workshops, and practical tips to help you feel your best, both in and out of the classroom.

Join the Center of Excellence for SU Together: Move More, Eat Better fall cooking and exercise classes. Individuals will learn to make quinoa protein bowls. The fitness component will be yoga.
