Requests for Services - HelpDesk

How to submit a request to the Office of Communications, Technology, and Advancement: 

  • To best serve the three areas of the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center and the College of Agricultural, Family and Consumer Sciences, the Office of Technology and Communications Services has implemented a helpdesk for the submission of requests and services from this office.
  • To submit a request, either email or visit to submit your request through the web portal.
  • If submitting through email, use the name of the request as the subject and include your request's details in the email's body.
  • If submitting a request through the web portal, select “New Support Ticket” and complete the form using your email address and name as the requester, the name of your request as the subject, and the details of your request in the description area. Select that you are not a robot and submit the ticket.
