Youth from around the state will show their prize winning chickens, pigs, goats, lambs and cows with hopes of being named champion during the SU Land-Grant Campus' 76th Annual State Livestock Show. Schools are invited to participate in guided tours on March 1. The Southern University Ag Center and College of Ag will host its 25th Annual Black History Quiz Bowl on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. in the 3rd floor auditorium of T.T. Allain Hall. This year’s quiz bowl will be dedicated to the legacy of Dr. Raymond Lockett, the late Chair of Southern University’s History Department. All Southern University students, groups and organizations are encouraged to participate. Teams can sign-up at www.suagcenter.com or in room 102 of Fisher Hall.
