COVID-19 Health and Wellness Strategies

This series of health-related videos is a collaboration between Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center's Cooperative Extension Program, University Counseling Center and Southern University Intramural Sports. The purpose of the videos is to directly address the health and well-being of students, faculty, and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. We aim to do this by providing the campus community with a selection of helpful videos specific to the stress, anxiety, and loss so many in our community experienced during the onset of the pandemic.  Our intent is to continue this collaboration throughout the Spring semester with additional self-instructed videos that will aid our students with learning effective coping strategies and techniques which will assist them in their successful matriculation, as well as assist our faculty and staff, in these much-needed areas.
