SU Ag Entomology Lab
The Entomology Lab is involved in cutting-edge research on insect pests and invasive species affecting Louisiana. Pest management tactics that are cost-effective and safe are evaluated to provide environmentally-friendly options to farmers, park managers, and homeowners. Research opportunities are available for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Urban Forestry. Brochures, insect fact sheets, and presentations have been prepared to disseminate information to our students, the public and stakeholders throughout the state.
