Marshall, DVM., Vice Chancellor for Academics and Student Support-Associate Dean at the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center and the College of Agricultural, Family and Consumer Sciences, has been selected as a recipient of the 2023 Southern University Leading Ladies Award.
